The aim of the project is to improve the business environment in Harju County by bringing new companies to the county that create new jobs. The aim of the investor service program is to treat the Tallinn ring road section from Saue to Paldiski as a single industrial area, which includes various
industrial areas as their specific strengths and weaknesses. This area is located in the city of Keila, Saue municipality, Harku municipality and Lääne-Harju municipality. Within the framework of the program, the analysis of the economic environment and the mapping of the existing situation, the production of information materials, and the creation of a sustainable cooperation model for the provision of investor service are performed.
The expected results of the project are new direct investments in the form of business services and / or outsourcing companies operating elsewhere in Estonia, which have created new jobs in the county, with the support of marketing activities. As investor services are ultimately a commercial transaction (between the industry owner and the investor) that requires time and cooperation, the program develops a model of cooperation and motivation and defines the role of the parties in this model. With a balanced model, this service could become cost-effective
Project activities
Within the framework of the investor service program, a model of investor service cooperation and value propositions (PPP) will be developed on the basis of Saue municipality, Keila city, Harku municipality and Lääne-Harju municipality, which can be extended to other production areas if necessary.
